Twenty years plus experience managing and developing construction documentation for commercial and residential architectural projects from design/development through construction documentation. Duties included the design & preparation of working drawings, plans, elevations & sections on a range of architectural projects including commercial, residential, industrial, schools, medical and leisure. Ability to put together working drawings from sketch designs as well as being highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

Space planner and interior designer experience with complete demonstrated knowledge in design, space planning and furniture specification. Responsible carry out all investigative work on products, materials and the methods to ensure correct use of such within working drawing packages. Carry out site surveys and prepare drawings from surveys undertaken. Responsible for development of plans and construction documents. Proficiency in developing presentations black and white or color 20 and 30 floor plan examples for the buying, renting or leasing properties for residential and commercial real estate markets. Experience with the development of drawing detailed plans, permitting and residential project management services.

Design professional with competent knowledge of IBC International Building Code, CBC California Building Codes, Title 24 Code Compliance, DSA Access Compliance Statutes and RIBA standards.
